Marcy Kravit has dedicated nearly 25 years to South Florida’s community association industry, earning every higher education credential available through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Lauren started her career in community management in 2010 and has learned the industry from the ground up. She joined the Leland team in 2013 and was promoted to director of CAM development in 2021.
