Originating in Florida, Florida Community Association Professionals (FCAP) is the only statewide association that ensures all of our education is “Florida specific” and based on Florida laws.  FCAP leaders work hard as an advocate on your behalf and offer programs and education for managers that is pertinent and essential for your growth as a licensed CAM in Florida.   

FCAP manager members can accomplish this through many avenues.  FCAP Schools, the Certified Florida Community Association Manager (CFCAM) designation program, FCAP Live, and FCAP’s Resource Library are just few. Depending on your needs as a manager, FCAP has a plethora of useful information accessible through our FCAP Portal.
